What office cleaning services in Dubai cover

Professional office cleaning services in Dubai go further than emptying bins. A proper commercial clean covers the parts of your workplace that affect staff health, client impressions and landlord inspections:

    • Daily dusting and disinfecting of desks, workstations and shared surfaces
    • Washroom cleaning, disinfection and restocking of consumables
    • Pantry and kitchen cleaning, including sinks, worktops and appliance exteriors
    • Vacuuming and mopping of all floor types, including carpet tiles and marble
    • Reception, glass partitions and meeting room resets
    • Bin emptying, recycling separation and waste room tidying
    • After-hours, evening and weekend scheduling so cleaning never interrupts your team

Recurring contracts start at AED 50 per hour. You receive a fixed quote based on your office size, frequency and access hours before anything is confirmed. See our full office cleaning Dubai service page for scope, or request a quote via the contact page.

How office cleaning contracts are priced in Dubai

Most commercial cleaning in Dubai is priced one of three ways:

    1. Hourly rate. Typically AED 45 to AED 80 per hour depending on frequency, scope and access hours. Higher-frequency contracts usually sit at the lower end.
    2. Per square metre. Common for larger premises; rates depend on floor type and washroom count. We break this down in our guide to office cleaning cost per sqm in Dubai.
    3. Fixed monthly contract. A set number of hours per week at an agreed monthly fee. This is the most predictable option for budgeting.

One-time office cleaning carries a 4-hour minimum. Recurring contracts are billed per shift and can be daily, weekly or monthly with no long-term commitment required.

Choosing a schedule: daily, weekly or after-hours

The right frequency depends on headcount and how much of your office is client-facing:

    • Under 15 staff: a daily 1.5 to 2 hour clean keeps washrooms and pantry hygienic; a weekly deeper rotation handles glass, dusting and skirting.
    • 15 to 50 staff: a daily 3 to 4 hour clean, usually after hours, plus a weekly deep-clean rotation.
    • 50+ staff: a day porter during office hours plus an after-hours team, typically under a facilities agreement.

After-hours cleaning is standard in Dubai. Most offices in Business Bay, DIFC and JLT are cleaned between 7PM and 7AM. Building access permits (NOC or work permit from building management) are usually required for evening teams, and a good provider handles this paperwork for you.

    Dubai-specific factors to plan for

    • Dust and sand. AC systems circulate fine dust year-round; vents and high surfaces need scheduled attention, not just visible areas.
    • Building rules. Towers in Business Bay, DIFC and Dubai Internet City require staff IDs, insurance certificates and move permits for after-hours work.
    • Ramadan hours. Cleaning schedules often shift later in the evening during Ramadan to match working hours.
    • Consumables. Bin liners and basic chemicals are normally included; toilet paper, soap and paper towels are billed at cost or supplied by you.
